Crash Alert: Man dies following 2-vehicle collision near Benson Gardens

OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, a man died in a two-vehicle collision at Blondo St and Keystone Dr on Saturday.

Stanley Wilder, 69, was driving a pickup truck east on Blondo St around 2:30 p.m. when he lost control of the vehicle and crossed the westbound lanes.

Wilder then hit another vehicle, strayed off the road, rolled over, and hit a fence before slamming into a parked car.

Emergency crews extricated Wilder from his truck and transported him to an area hospital, where he died.

The two occupants of the other truck were not hurt in the collision.

The Omaha Police Department is investigating the incident.
