Crash Alert: Semi-truck driver rear-ends tractor on US 275 in Madison County
MADISON COUNTY, NE – According to KOLN, two people were hospitalized when a semi-truck driver rear-ended a tractor hauling soybeans on US 275 between Norfolk and Battle Creek on Wednesday.
The semi-truck driver hit the rear of the tractor around 3:30 p.m.
First responders transported both drivers to an area hospital. The tractor driver was treated and released, and the semi-truck driver remains in stable condition.
Following the collision, crews shut down the area to process the scene.
The Nebraska State Patrol is investigating the incident.
