Crash Alert: Woman cited for crash that killed motorcyclist in Mead
MEAD, NE – According to WOWT, authorities have cited a woman for her role in a wreck that killed a motorcyclist at US 77 and NE 92 on April 14.
Tami Bowen allegedly failed to yield the right-of-way to Bennette Roberts and collided with him. Roberts died in the crash.
Authorities cited Bowen with misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide, failure to yield, and careless driving.
The Saunders County Sheriff’s Office worked with the Nebraska State Patrol in the investigation.
