Crash Alert: Man hurt following single-vehicle crash on MO 41 in Cortland
CORTLAND, NE – According to KOLN, a driver was hurt in a wreck on NE 41 near S 12th Rd on Jan. 4.
A 39-year-old man was driving a blue 2005 Ford Econoline van when he swerved off the road and was thrown from the vehicle around 4:45 p.m. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
First responders transported the driver to an area hospital. His current condition is unknown.
Authorities believe the wreck was caused by the driver going too fast due to wintery weather conditions. They do not believe impairment played a role in the crash.
