Crash Alert: Police investigate fatal crash near Benson Gardens
OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, the Omaha Police Department is investigating a deadly single-vehicle collision that occurred near Keystone Dr and Blondo St on Tuesday.
Police believe a 47-year-old man was driving a Chevrolet Silverado west on Blondo St when they crashed and landed upside down in a creek around 12:30 a.m.
A person walking on the Keystone Trail saw the truck and called first responders around 6:30 a.m.
First responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene and transported a 35-year-old woman to an area hospital in critical condition.
