Crash Alert: Driver hits bicyclist in northwest Omaha
OMAHA, NE – A driver collided with a bicyclist near North 49th Avenue and Jaynes Street Sunday afternoon, according to WOWT.
A 32-year-old man was riding a bicycle north on North 49th Avenue when he ran a stop sign and was hit by a Jeep Patriot around 3 p.m.
First responders transported the man to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The Omaha Police Department is investigating the incident.
