Crash alert: Driver critically injured when pickup truck slams into tree in Omaha
OMAHA, NE – An accident involving a pickup truck in Omaha left a driver critically injured, reports KETV.
Police said the pickup crashed into a tree in the area of N 48th Street and N Happy Hollow Boulevard Wednesday morning at about 3 a.m.
The driver was found unresponsive and was transported to an area hospital for treatment. No one else was inside the vehicle at the time.
Omaha police are investigating the cause of the crash. WOWT reports alcohol is being considered as a possible contributing factor.
