Crash Alert: 1 injured in wrong-way, head-on crash in Lincoln
LINCOLN, NE – According to KLKN News, at least one person was injured in a head-on accident involving a wrong-way driver in Lincoln on Sunday.
Authorities say the collision took place shortly before 8:30 p.m. near the intersection of 10th Street and Calvert Street. A Nissan Rogue and a Subaru Forester were involved in the incident.
The 51-year-old driver of the Nissan, Quang Tran, was traveling the wrong way and crashed into the Subaru head-on.
At least one person was injured in the crash. Tran received a citation for suspicion of driving under the influence and reckless driving.
