Crash Alert: Head-on crash on US-30 near Fremont leaves at least 1 injured
DODGE CO., NE – At least one person was seriously injured in a head-on crash on US-30 northwest of Fremont on Saturday, according to WOWT.
Deputies say the collision occurred at about 5:40 p.m., when a Toyota SUV westbound on US-30 crossed the center line near the intersection with County Road 18 and slammed into a Ford F-150.
The Toyota went off the side of the roadway and crashed into a ditch, overturning at least once and ejecting the driver.
The unidentified driver was airlifted to Nebraska Medicine in Omaha with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries.
