Crash Alert: Authorities investigate fatal semi-truck collision in north Wahoo
WAHOO, NE – According to KOLN, authorities are investigating a deadly collision between a semi-truck and Chevy Equinox that happened at Road 16 and US 77 on Wednesday.
The Chevy Equinox driver was heading north on Road 16 when they ran a stop light and collided with a semi-truck heading east on US 77 around 2:20 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced the two occupants of the Equinox, Lucretia Griffen, 82, and Nancy Page, 71, dead at the scene. The semi-truck driver was not hurt in the crash.
