Crash Alert: Driver crashes into ambulance near Downtown
LINCOLN, NE – A driver was hurt after they collided with an ambulance near S 10th St and K St on Saturday, according to KOLN.
The ambulance driver was transporting an infant and nurses and was heading east on K St when they stopped at the intersection with 10th St with their lights active. They thought traffic was cleared and passed through the intersection when a northbound Honda CRV hit them around 2:41 p.m.
Nobody in the ambulance was hurt. The CRV driver suffered minor injuries.
