Crash Alert: Emergency crews dispatched to accident on I-480 at Martha St.
DOUGLAS COUNTY, NE – Commuters faced delays following a collision Friday morning on Interstate 480 in southwest Omaha, according to Douglas County 911.
The incident occurred on the northbound lanes of I-480 at Exit 1A to Martha Street. It was first reported at about 6:50 a.m., when emergency crews had already arrived on the scene.
At the time of the initial report, the scene had caused a traffic backup to stretch down to the John F. Kennedy Freeway (JFK).
