Crash Alert: Driver fatally collides with guardrail on W Dodge Rd in Omaha

OMAHA, NE – According to WOWT, a woman lost her life following a single-vehicle collision on W Dodge Rd near Skyline Dr on Monday.

A 60-year-old man was driving a 1996 Chevy K-1500 east on W Dodge Rd at around 9:30 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle and slammed into a guardrail.

First responders pronounced a 60-year-old female passenger dead at the scene. They hospitalized the driver and a 10-year-old boy.

Crews shut down the area for two and a half hours to process the scene.
