Crash Alert: Driver injured following single-vehicle crash in Lancaster County

BENNET, NE – A driver was hurt following a single-vehicle collision near South 162nd Street and Hickman Road Sunday evening, according to KOLN.

The driver of a Chevy SUV was on northbound South 162nd Street when they lost control of the vehicle, overcorrected, before crashing into a ditch and a power pole around 7 p.m.

The driver was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the SUV during the crash.

The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
