Crash alert: Jackknifed semi trailer on I-80 west
OMAHA, NE – A truck accident on Interstate 80 caused major rush hour problems for drivers in Omaha on Wednesday morning.
According to KETV, a jackknifed semi trailer was reported shortly after 5:30 a.m. on I-80 westbound near the split for Highway 75/I-480. Several nearby entrance ramps were shut down, leading to traffic backups through the area. No injuries were reported.
Emergency crews responded and cleared the crash scene. All lanes were reopened by about 8 a.m.
