Crash alert: 6 injured in two-vehicle collision in NW Omaha
OMAHA, NE – Six people were hospitalized Thursday when the driver of a Ford Explorer made an unsafe turn in front of a Kia Rio near the intersection of 39th Street and Ames Avenue.
KETV reports that the incident occurred just before 8 p.m., when Daniella Stolley, the driver of the eastbound Ford, attempted a U-turn without yielding to the westbound Kia. A total of six occupants were taken to a local hospital in serious condition. Their current status is unknown.
Police cited Stolley for negligent driving.
